Fake Document Alert!
It has come to our attention that the number of fake court documents, court orders, Statutory Demands, Certificates of Appointment of Trustees, etc., in circulation has increased sharply. This is a worrying trend as it indicates to us, here, at #TGIS, the criminals behind insolvency fraud are becoming increasingly more desperate to asset-strip individuals and steal their property.
Do not accept any documents as genuine and contact #TGIS immediately you receive any documents. We can then scrutinise the documents and determine their authenticity.
Do not leave things to chance and give the criminals the opportunity to steal from you.

It has been discovered that Certificates of Appointment of trustees in bankruptcy in circulation may not bear any court seal and a signature on behalf of the Secretary of State which is not on the Insolvency Service’s list of authorised signatories. A court seal is a legal requirement and a signature which is not made by an authorised signatory may have the effect of rendering the certificate of appointment null and void. If you are going through bankruptcy, you have the right to ask for proof of appointment of your trustee in bankruptcy. If your trustee in bankruptcy refuses to provide proof, please contact us immediately.
